What payment methods do you accept?
Purchases made on our website can be paid with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express cards. Furthermore, you can also pay with Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDeal and Bancontact.
How can I buy your products?
We're glad you asked. Placing an order is very easy, you can shop by browsing the 'SHOP' section, where you will find the products of our collection. Once you have selected your favorite product, select the quantity and use the 'Add to Cart' button underneath. From here, you can continue shopping, view the products in your card or proceed directly with the payment. At any time you can review your selected items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'Shopping bag' icon in the upper right corner of our website. You can add or delete products from your shopping bag. Click on 'Checkout' to complete your order. A form will open for your shipping and billing information, from there just follow the instructions on the page.
What happens after I place my order?
Right after you place your order you'll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase information. In 1-3 days you can expect to receive another email saying your order was packed and shipped, along with the tracking number. This means your package is on its way.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You should receive an email to the email you indicated in the purchase process. If you do not receive it in the hours after your order, please check your spam. If the email is also not found in your spam, you might have made a typo when inserting your email address in the email field or a higher force interfered with your order and we didn't receive it. In this case, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll let you know if your order was received and we can check if all data is correct and can resend you your confirmation email.

Where can I find my order number?
Once your purchase is made, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order number can be found just below the Wolf & Miu logo, at the top left of the email. If you can't find your confirmation email, please check the spam box. You can also filter it through the "Wolf & Miu Order confirmed" headline, or by searching for our email firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I add items to an existing order?
We are sorry, It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless 'Sold out' is displayed directly over the image on the 'Shop' page. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will be informed when the item is back in stock.
I want to buy a product that is out of stock. Can I pre-order it?
Yes! Due to our slow production process, batches of each product may be out of stock, which will not prevent you from purchasing your new product in advance. In case you are interested in pre-ordering a product, please contact at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I amend my order once placed?
Yes, please contact our customer service through email@example.com We could resolve any issues you may have with your order until we ship the package.
Can I change my order after the shipping confirmation email? How can I do this?
We are sorry, after you receive the shipping confirmation email it means that your package has already left our facilities and you can no longer change your order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, products can be returned within 14 days after purchase. To return your order first you have to advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a returns note for inclusion in your delivery. You can read the FAQs sections Shipping and Returns for more information.
What currency are your prices charged in?
Prices are charged in Euros (EUR, €). The order total in your currency depends on the exchange rate at the time of placing the order.
Do the products prices include VAT?
All our prices include 21% VAT tax on products and shipping.
Where can I buy products from Wolf & Miu?
We sell exclusively from our online store. We do not work with distributors. Our next goal is to have physical stores that offer an immersive experience in our world.
I'm having payment issues
If you are having trouble placing your order on our website it could be because of one of the following factors:
• You may need to authorise the payment with your bank before placing another order.
• You may need to check that your CVV security code matches the number on the back of the card.
• The billing address doesn't match the address registered to the debit or credit card.
Unfortunately we are unable to help with technical issues relating directly to processing of card payments. Therefore we would recommend using an alternative payment method such as PayPal, where you will also be able to register to pay using your debit or credit card.
Please note that when placing an order on our website the billing address should be the registered address for the debit or credit card used to pay at the checkout. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email.
What if the item is faulty?
We would be very sorry to hear that. This could happen during the shipping process, so we'll be there to help you right away. If you believe that the item you have received is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours and we will inform you how to proceed from there.
