Do you have a product warranty?
Yes, we offer a 2 years product warranty. We endeavour to make goods that you can enjoy for a long time. In the unlikely event that something breaks due to manufacturing defects within this time period, please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org so we can determine what has happened and find a solution. The detail of the wood and the ceramic is different from the photos
We try our best to represent the materials as best we can with our photos, however, our premium woods and ceramics are natural materials and as such it always has variation in colour, shade and grain in every single piece, making each of our products unique. We are unable to individually select products for specific orders based on the appearance of the materials in our photos.
One of the pieces of my product is broken, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear this! If your product arrived with a broken part, please inform us within 24 hours, attaching photos of your package and broken part, along with your order number. We will ask you to return the complete product and then we will send you a new one. If a part of your product is broken or lost after you start using it, we can also provide you with replacements.
What should I do if I have a problem with the product?

- Which model do you have (You will find the product model / description in your order).
