An Honest Note About Shipping

We create our products under a slow production model: limited pieces in small batches. Each of our products has been the result of many hours of artisan work and we make sure our delicate pieces travel safely from our hands to yours. That is why we do not cut corners with our packaging and logistics: we pack our products thoroughly and work with the most caring logistics partners.  

 Our prices are always the same and the shipping costs depend on your location. We offer free delivery of our Quindio Coffee Maker to the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe.

When you buy here, you are supporting a team of young creatives and a community of small producers who with their hands and love create incredible products.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take to get my order?

The cost of shipping will depend on your location and it is calculated at the end of the check out process. We offer flat shipping prices, and also free shipping to Europe on all orders over 120€. To the USA, Canada and the UK on all orders over 150€.

After receiving your order, we need about 1-3 business days to process your order and ship it. Once your products have been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping details and tracking number. Please note that the delivery couriers we use don't deliver to PO or BFPO Boxes. Please enter a residential or commercial address when you place your order.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship to the Europe, UK, the United States, and Canada. If you're buying outside the EU you may be required to pay import duties and taxes before or after delivery.

 

Where does my order come from?

Your order comes from Barcelona, Spain.

 

I am in the US, do I have to pay import fees?

Not for orders under $800 (USD). 

Shipments to the US under $800 may be excluded from duties and tax. If you're looking to purchase multiple items that are over this amount and don't like the idea of import duties, we recommend placing multiple orders. It is important to bear in mind that even if there are no additional import fees, we cannot foresee if the shipment will be held by customs, for which we cannot assure exact delivery times. That said, we will always keep an eye on our shipments outside the EU, so we will give our best support to make any corresponding inquiries.

 

My country is not part of the above shipping list, what would the shipping cost be?

It is impossible to determine a fixed cost for all the countries outside of our established shipping area. For this reason, if you are interested in our products, we recommend that you first contact us at orders@wolfmiu.com to give you better support and information. 

 

I am outside the EU, do I have to pay import fees?

If you are outside of the EU, additional costs may be charged due to duties and taxes. If that is the case in your country, you will have to bear the customs costs, taxes and other additional costs that may arise. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You can get an estimate of import duties at simplyduty.com

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to confirm your goods have been dispatched which will also contain a tracking link. Please expect this email to arrive in 1-3 days after your order is placed. Sometimes this email can end up in the spam inbox by accident so please check that one too.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

 

Can I choose a different shipping address than home?

Of course. You can submit the shipping address that suits you. You may even use a shipping address different from the billing address. Please note that the delivery couriers we use don't deliver to PO or BFPO Boxes. Please enter a residential or commercial address when you place your order.

 

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

  

What if I am not home when it’s delivered?

Our couriers will make 3 attempts to deliver your package, and then they will inform you about a collection point where you can collect your items. In the event that you are not at home and you do not claim the product at the indicated collection point, after a while it will be returned to us. If this happens, please contact us for assistance.

  

What happens if my parcel gets lost?

This would be odd, but there is no need to worry if this occurs. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required delivery time has passed.
