Can I return a product?
Returns are welcome within 14 days. We wish to ensure everyone receives a quality product, so if your item doesn’t live up to our promises, the Wolf & Miu team will be happy to accept returns or help resolve any problem you might have. Can I get a refund?
Yes, absolutely. Refunds will be issued after you return your product, meeting the following requirements:
- you got in touch with us within 14 days after receiving your package;
- you explained your reason and let us know you're sending your package back (Please note we do not cover shipping costs of returning packages);
- the parcel is returned to our facilities successfully, unused and in original packaging with all accessories included and not damaged.

What if I want to change my product?
We are not able to directly exchange your product for a different one. What you can do is place a new order for the new product of your choice and we'll send you a new one. If your first product hasn't been used yet, you can send your package back to us and we will refund your money. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs for the returning package.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Don't worry, we will do our best to ensure that you receive a new product in perfect conditions as soon as possible. In case you receive an incorrect product, damaged or faulty, the first thing you should do is take photos of the product received and its condition, and contact us within 24 hours after receiving it, in order to give you the necessary instructions for the return. How do I return something?

If I return my product, will I have my shipping costs back?
We are sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are not part of our business, they are a cost that goes entirely to the logistics operator and for this reason we cannot have any influence on this refund.
What are the return costs?
They are the shipping costs to return the items to our facilities. In case the product you received is damaged or defective, we will bear this cost. You will have to assume this cost in case you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations.
