When you receive a package from Wolf & Miu we want you to be delighted. We aim to deliver your items in good time, safely packed and beautifully wrapped.
Wolf & Miu is based in Barcelona, products will be shipped from Spain. We work with different logistics agents, who depending on the shipping address will offer the best solutions in terms of time and treatment of the packages. Among our logistics partners are UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, among others. All shipments are managed through our logistic partners and will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received.
We process and send the orders during our daily business hours (Monday to Friday except holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm. Shipping and handling charges are based on the items purchased and delivery region.
The goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the checkout. If you need the products to be shipped somewhere else please let us know in advance. Please note that orders will not be shipped to PO Boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses.
Delivery Time & Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping will depend on your location and it is calculated at the end of the check out process. Please note that products shipped outside the European Union may have extra costs and delivery time due to customs procedures.
Due to our slow-production model, we only manufacture small batches of each model and it could happen that at the time of your purchase we are out of stock. For these cases, please keep in mind that delivery times will be approximately 15 - 20 calendar days (production time + shipping).
The referred periods may undergo changes (delay) due to causes unconnected with WOLF & MIU -i.e. land or air transport strikes, or periods of the year when logistics operators are overwhelmed -Christmas; Black Friday-. Although we do our best to foresee and avoid these types of situations, just in case, we trust that you will understand this situation.
Shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling. We don’t make any profit on shipping, we do absorb a portion of the costs to offer you a fairer shipping fee.
Tracking your order
As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.
Customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country for international orders. We are not able to predict or identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country. We have no control over delays, customs or import taxes, of these we decline any responsibility.
Although it is out of our reach to know the costs and extra delivery times, for us it is essential that our customers outside the EU can enjoy our products as soon as possible, for which we will always be ready to provide the corresponding support.
Methods of payment
Purchases made on our website can be paid with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express cards. Furthermore, you can also pay with Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDeal and Bancontact. WOLF & MIU is not responsible for any Bank Transfer payment fees. Bank commissions and charges are paid by the customer.
All prices indicated on this website are shown in Euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order before payment, depending on item and delivery location.
We do not store any of your credit card details. At the time of processing your order, your card details will be transmitted for the sole purpose of making the payment of your order to our financial institution. Your information is encrypted and transmitted in accordance with the latest SSL encryption security standards. For more information, please read “CREDIT CARD” in our Shipping Policy below.
You are accepting the conditions of provision of the service and / or policy of use, in the process of purchasing our services as well as the price, the conditions in which the service is offered, the shipping policy, refund policy and its cancellation, as well as the general conditions of this web page.
The user, when purchasing, also pays for shipping. WOLF & MIU is not responsible for any Bank Transfer payment fees or unanticipated customs handling fees or duties. Bank commissions and charges are paid by the customer.
WOLF & MIU dispatches with several fares. You must know that international deliveries (outside the EU) may entail additional costs than the described on the present policy. These expenses must be paid by the final customer, to whom concerns checking their payment and managing the corresponding procedures in costumes or in the international control office.
WOLF & MIU is not responsible for changes of address once the order is placed. The customer is responsible for updating and maintaining their shipping information on wolfmiu.com. After shipping the customer must contact the transport company for address changes.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer along with any customs fees.
If the product is not in stock, or the delivery period is longer than indicated in the conditions, before sending the product WOLF & MIU will inform the Customer of the new delivery period by email, offering the Customer the possibility of canceling their order or purchasing an alternative item. However, once the product has been shipped, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the customer in his / her order is without effect.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU
Shipments outside the European Union may have extra charges and delivery times. Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
RETURNED ORDERS AS UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED
Orders may be returned to us as incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax / unable to make import declarations or parcels refused by the recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and all costs for returns, duties, taxes and handling charges that have been incurred. We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. Customers are responsible for the re-shipping fee. The re-shipping fee is based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
SIGN FOR DELIVERY
Anyone can sign to receive a delivery. We accept no responsibility if the signature received at the delivery address is not the recipient, and will consider this parcel correctly delivered. If your package appears as received, however you have not received it, please contact us to give you full support.
At Wolf & Miu we use a totally secure credit card payment system, which ensures the confidentiality of our customers' data and thus avoid possible fraudulent purchases. Confidential data is transmitted directly and in an encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system confers total security to the transmission of data through the network.
Credit card data is not recorded in any WOLF & MIU database. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale) of our financial institution, through its secure payment gateway.
The user declares and will respond to WOLF & MIU that the debit or credit cards he / she uses are his / hers property and that there are sufficient funds to contract.
